Feature:
1. The Air bubble film machine can produce 2 layers of bubble film, extruder for the single screw design. The main raw materials are low density polyethylene (LDPE)and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) .
Main components: hopper - extruder - die head - bubble forming die - traction roll - flattening roll - Automatic winder - control box.
3. It can be used to compound pearl cotton, PE film , kraft paper , aluminized film , pearl film etc ,to produce express bags and envelope bags .
4. PLC control, the operation is very simple , the line speed can reach 1000m/h , frequency conversion speed regulation can greatly reduce energy consumption.
5. Various bubble size and various film can be customized produced ,6mm,8mm,10mm,20mm,25mm ... by changing the bubble roller
6. Machine width can make from 1000mm-3000mm.
Running speed :10-40m/min depends on the GSM.
