AB Two Layer Coextrusion rotary die head film blowing machine is used to produce Mulch Film , Agricultural Film ,Packaging Film , two color film , express bag , garbage bag.
Feature:
AB type 2 Layer co extrusion film blowing machine , it produce Mulch Film , Agricultural Film , two color film , express bag , garbage bag and other composite package film of LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE. Film width can be customized according to customer requirements, from 800mm to 2000mm. High precision die head and cooling air ring provide good film thickness control and resistance.
The die head can be continuous rotation for 360 degrees, stable and reliable.
Auxiliary engine has platform workbench, which is convenient to operate; and fixed bubble circle easily.
The winding unit adopt torgue motor to keep proper tension and make the film much flat winding and change rolling easy
The screw is made of bimetallic , and barrel is made of 38 CrMoAl, and been nitrided.
