The ABA machine is commonly used for producing films with a central layer that provides desired properties, such as UV resistance or reinforcement, while the outer layers provide protection or aesthetics. Both machines utilize a similar process for producing the films. The plastic materials are first melted and extruded through a die head with an annular slit. The molten plastic forms a tube, which is then inflated by air blown into it, resulting in a bubble. The bubble gradually cools and solidifies as it is drawn upwards and flattened, forming a thin plastic film.
